I happened to come across your precious little Hannah's website.....my heart breaks for you and your family.  I too, am a mommy to an angel named Hannah.  We lost our little Hannah at 3 months old on April 4, 2007.  Please feel free to visit her on her website.  As I read your Hannah's website, I was amazed at some of our similarities......I too found out that I was pregnant after 5 months of losing my little Hannah, giving birth to a little boy named Dylan too.  He was born on April 29th, 2008 (I have the honor of sharing your Dylan's birthday - April 26).  What a beautiful little angel you have in heaven - my thoughs and prayers are with you and your family.
